We hope to utilize the natural environment of this facility, surrounded Lake Biwa and the surrounding mountains, to assist everyone.

Just a 5-minute walk from the station, Lake Biwa right there as soon as you open the door.A special summer, unique to this place, is about to begin.

"It's close to the station, yet Lake Biwa is right in front of you!" Such an ideal location allows for a truly special way to spend your summer.

In the morning, enjoy coffee in the refreshing air by the lake, and in the afternoon, fully indulge in activities and a barbecue.Relax and cool off while gazing at the water's surface, which is dyed orange by the setting sun.
This is the perfect base where you can fully enjoy the charms of summer from morning till night without worrying about the hassle of traveling.

Use of facilities such as restrooms is prohibited for anyone other than customers of our establishment.
If we find any unauthorized entry, we will charge you a fine of 50,000 yen.

  • Multipurpose room

    This is a shared space for customers.
    We do not allow groups or other individuals to occupy the facilities.

  • Fitness bike

    The multipurpose room is equipped with exercise bikes.
    You can enjoy your stay while overlooking Lake Biwa.

  • Theater room

    This system allows you to cast videos and other content from your smartphone.
    You can enjoy videos from cable TV, YouTube, and other sources with home theater sound.
    You can also play DVDs and hold meetings.
    A separate fee will be charged for the use of the theater room.

    User Guide

    		*A facility usage fee of 1,500 yen per adult will be charged.
    *BBQ grills and tents are available for rent.
    *The number of items available for loan is limited.For groups of 10 or more, please make your reservation as early as possible.
    *Please bring your own food, charcoal for the BBQ, tongs, paper plates, etc.

  • Large trampoline

    In the summer, you can jump on trampolines while enjoying the view of Lake Biwa.
    Because of its large size, the whole family can use it.

    *This is only available at Pension Lakeside.
    Unauthorized use by anyone other than customers of our store is prohibited.
    The property is monitored 24 hours a day by security cameras, and if any damage or soiling occurs, we will charge you for the cost of compensation.

  • Swing

    Children up to 10 years old can use this service.
    Please relax and use it as you like.
    *Depending on the season and weather, the equipment may not be installed.

*If you use the multipurpose room for an extended period or cause inconvenience to other customers,
If there are specific cancellation policies set for each accommodation plan, those policies will take precedence.

Important notes when making a reservation

・If the number of participants exceeds the capacity or if there are any changes to the number of participants on the day of the event, an additional 3,000 yen will be charged per person.
・When making a reservation, we will ask for the names of the representative and all accompanying guests.
・Last-minute reservations are accepted until 6:00 PM on the day of your stay.
・If any equipment is damaged, we will charge you for the cost of compensation.
・Please note that restrooms and other facilities are not available for use by anyone other than our customers.
・If we find any unauthorized entry, we will charge you a fine of 50,000 yen.
